Rehoboth Beach Museum is hosting a literary discussion, “When Family Becomes Inspiration for Fictional Stories”, with Jan Epler and Ramona DeFelice Long.  In this literary discussion, Ms. Epler and Ms. Long will read selections of their family-inspired fiction and discuss some of the challenges writers face when creating stories based on family memories. This program will be an inspiration to emerging writers who want to use family members as protagonists in their stories. Budding memoirists should also find this appealing. Both speakers have been recipients of fellowships for writing from the Delaware Division of the Arts.Reservations are required.  Please call (302) 227-7310 to insure a space. The program is free for members.  A $5 donation is suggested for non-members.  The Museum is located at 511 Rehoboth Avenue.  There is free parking and the museum is handicap accessible. This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.  The Division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com.
